High-Performance Oxygen Generators for Modern Aquaculture
From small-scale hatcheries to industrial fish farms, our PSA oxygen systems ensure 93%±3% purity and 24/7 stable dissolved oxygen levels.
Industrial Oxygen Generator
PSA oxygen generators use clean compressed air as feedstock and utilize zeolite molecular sieves to adsorb nitrogen and enrich oxygen under pressure. After the system is depressurized, the adsorbent desorbs impurities and regenerates. The two towers operate in an alternating cycle, controlled automatically by a PLC, producing oxygen with a purity of 93% ± 3%.
- Oxygen Output: 1–40 m³/h
- Oxygen Purity: 93% ± 3%
- Dew Point: –40°C
- Pressure: 0.01–0.6 MPa (Abooster is required for higher pressures)
- Type: Containerized, Skid-mounted
Oxygen Generator
The oxygen generator combines air compression, purification, and drying with high-efficiency oxygen production, offering a highly reliable all-in-one solution. Featuring a fully integrated design, the unit provides a continuous and stable supply of high-purity, pressure-adjustable oxygen. It directly addresses the aeration needs of high-density aquaculture, effectively increasing dissolved oxygen levels in the water to ensure the healthy growth and high growth efficiency of aquatic organisms.
- Oxygen Output: 10-80 L/min
- Oxygen Purity: 93% ± 3%
- Power: 0.8KW-5.8KW
- Output pressure: ≤0.4 MPa (Abooster is required for higher pressures)
Engineered for the Toughest Aquaculture Environments

Our PSA technology saves up to 15% on electricity compared to traditional aeration methods.
Uninterrupted Supply
Built-in alarm systems for purity and pressure ensure your fish are always safe.
Plug-and-Play
Minimal installation required. Set it up in hours, not days.
Durability
Anti-corrosion coating for saline and humid farm environments.
Don’t Know Which Model to Choose?
Selecting the right oxygen generator depends on:
- Species: Different fish (Salmon vs. Tilapia) have different DO requirements.
- Density: High-density stocking requires higher purity oxygen.
- Water Temperature: Warmer water holds less oxygen.
